1. Overview

This website is operated by GlowWars ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting our store or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service, together with our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the website.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your country of residence to place an order. Purchases for minors must be made by a parent or guardian.

3. Products

  • GlowWars laser tag sets use invisible infrared signals. They do not emit real laser beams and do not fire projectiles.
  • Visible light beams shown in some of our videos and images are visual effects added for illustration. The colored lights on the blasters and chest targets are real.
  • Products are recommended for ages 8 and up. Adult supervision is recommended for younger players. Play in a clear area free of obstacles and avoid running near stairs or fragile objects.
  • Batteries are not included unless stated on the product page.
  • We try to display colors and details as accurately as possible, but your screen may show colors slightly differently.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars unless otherwise indicated and may change without notice. A price change will not affect orders already confirmed. Payment is processed securely at checkout by our payment providers; we do not store your full card details.

5. Orders

We may refuse or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, if there is an obvious pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund.

6. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping times, returns and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including the GlowWars name, logo, images, videos and text, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

8. Prohibited uses

You may not use the website for any unlawful purpose, to submit false or fraudulent orders, or to interfere with the security or operation of the website.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The website and products are provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the website or products, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
